Representation of Rockpoint

In the acquisition of approximately 309 acres of raw land and 146 platted lots within the Orange Blossom Mixed-Use Planned Development, located in Naples, Florida. Continued representation at Orange Blossom includes the negotiation of lot sales contract and lot closings to Lennar Homes.

In the development of the Lindsford community in Lee County, Florida, and the sale of single family and townhome lots to D.R. Horton. Sales contracts with D.R. Horton have been negotiated for multiple phases, totaling approximately 1,432 lots.
 

Representation of Wilbow

In the acquisition of Llano Springs (Fort Worth, TX) and Windhaven (Lewisville, TX), and in the negotiation of lots sales contracts for builders at such projects (including, Lennar Homes, Gehan Homes, D.R. Horton, and Megatel Homes). Representation included the negotiation loan documents for client’s acquisition and development financing.

In its development of Crown, a premier mixed-use development located in Gaithersburg, Maryland consisting of approximately 2,250 residential units and approximately 330,000 square feet of retail.

In its residential land plaform in many capacities

In its role as development manager, in the development, construction, marketing and sale of 63 cottage-style homes in the Marina Heights community located in Marina, California. Marina Heights is owned and being developed by Stanford University. Representation included the negotiation and preparation of a construction contract, an architect agreement and a sales and marketing agreement for the cottage-style homes.


Representation of The Nehemiah Company

In the development and construction of Phase I of the Arlington Commons apartment project located in Arlington, Texas. This phase consists of 352 apartment units that required total equity and debt financing in the amount of $42,500,000. Representation included the preparation and negotiation of (i) a joint venture agreement and related transaction documents for the equity financing, (ii) the loan agreement and related loan documents with American Bank of Texas for the debt financing, (iii) the professional services agreement with the primary architect for the project and (iv) the construction contract with the general contractor for the project.

In its development of Viridian, a 2,000-acre master planned development located in Arlington, Texas consisting of approximately 3,300 single-family homes and townhomes, a 120-acre town center and approximately 1,000 acres of open space, lakes, streams and wetlands.
