Rachel Wilson represents developers in all phases of master-planned community development, from acquisition to disposition or turnover. Rachel’s specialties include acquisitions, homebuilder contracts and construction loans, and she handles all other client needs, from CC&Rs and HOA formations, to construction and consulting agreements.
Representative projects include ArrowBrooke (Aubrey, Texas), Belterra (Dripping Springs, Texas), Bordeaux at Lake Highlands (Dallas, Texas), Bozman Farm (Wylie, Texas), Bryson (Leander, Texas), Connerton (Pasco County, Florida), Granada (Westlake, Texas), The Groves (Harris County, Texas), Prairie View (Frisco, Texas), Rough Hollow (Austin, Texas), Villas at Parker Road, Trails at Arbor Hills and Reserve at Parker Road (Carrollton, Texas), and Wildridge (Oak Point, Texas).
Before joining The Watson Firm, Rachel was an associate in the Atlanta and Dallas offices of Jones Day, where her experience covered a wide range of commercial property types, including office, retail, hotel/resort, and multi-family properties throughout the United States.
Rachel is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Georgia (currently inactive) and the Dallas Bar Association.
She enjoys spending her free time exploring Dallas and traveling with her husband and two daughters. She is an active member and volunteer at Temple Emanu-el, the Dallas Arboretum, the Perot Museum, and alumni organizations for her two alma maters, the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Georgia.
