OUR PEOPLE

Phyllis Bevel has worked as a commercial real estate paralegal for the last seventeen years. She has experience in title and survey review, drafting of initial closing documents and working with clients and title companies on closing the transaction. In addition, once the transaction is closed, she prepares the closing documents binders for the client.

Prior to joining The Watson Firm, Phyllis was a paralegal with Koons Real Estate Law.

Phyllis is an elder with First Presbyterian Church of Dallas. She also is a customer service representative for the Texas Rangers!  She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
