Sarah has a broad-based real estate practice representing institutional clients, investors, and developers in acquiring, disposing, developing, and financing commercial real estate projects. Sarah has been involved in hundreds of complex transactions for assets across the United States, including office, industrial, data centers, multifamily, mixed-use, gas stations, energy, and retail projects. Additionally, Sarah assists in acquiring large-scale commercial real estate portfolios with an emphasis on national title and survey diligence analysis with an eye toward a practical, curative approach. Sarah also has experience as a real estate specialist for M&A and energy transactions.

Sarah is committed to understanding her clients’ businesses and tailoring her approach to their unique needs. Her clients appreciate her client-forward approach, her communication, and her ability to navigate complex problems and find tailored solutions.

Before joining the Watson Law Group, Sarah worked at large Texas and international law firms. Sarah graduated from Vanderbilt University, earning her BA in History of Art and Spanish. Upon graduation from Vanderbilt, Sarah returned to Dallas to attend SMU’s Dedman School of Law, where she graduated cum laude while also earning her MBA in Real Estate Finance. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and playing mahjong.
